Luckily, we can get our hands on Devotee’s Mace which does more than just cause damage to the enemies. However, there is no explanation given on what you need to do to unlock it.

The Devotee’s Mace can be unlocked only if you are a Cleric, or have Shadowheart in your party. That is because to get the mace, you need to cast a spell that’s exclusive to the Clerics. Once you reach level 10 as a Cleric or Shadowheart, you will unlock the Divine Intervention spell. Keep in mind that this spell is exhausted after using it once. If you want to use this spell again, then you will have to reach level 10 with another Cleric character.

To get the Devotee’s Mace in Baldur’s Gate 3, you need to use the Divine Intervention: Arm Thy Servant spell variant. After casting this spell, you will automatically equip the Devotee’s Mace. What makes this weapon special is its Healing Incense Aura class action, which is exclusive to it. Due to this ability, all the party members who are inside the 9m range will get 1~4 hit points at the start of the turn. And this happens for the next 10 turns so it’s completely insane.
