Darkest Dungeon 2: How To Leave Inn

Updated Date :

Unlike the previous installment, you cannot withdraw your ongoing expedition in Darkest Dungeon 2. Instead, you must finish your fight to advance to the inn. Being a rogue-like game, the inn is the final stop during your expedition and travels. But recently, many players are stuck on their first inn during the prologue or tutorial. There is neither an exit nor a next button to advance and leave the inn. This has got many players wondering if the game is bugged. Or is it the bad interface? Check out our guide to find out how to leave the inn in the Darkest Dungeon 2.

How do you Leave Inn in Darkest Dungeon 2

As there is no option to advance or exit, you should leave the first inn as explained in the tutorial. You have to select the last button at the bottom right to select a route. If you cannot see that button, you are likely facing a bug. One of the players on Reddit stated that after selecting the route, you should be able to view the Rest: Location or the Inn.

Since players cannot select any buttons to leave the Darkest Dungeon 2 inn, many players confirmed this to be a bug. You can check out the entire Reddit thread over here. As of now, the devs at the Red Hook Studios haven’t acknowledged this issue. So, we will have to wait until the devs release a patch or update to resolve this issue.

We will update this guide with a suitable workaround as soon as we get word from the devs. Until then, you can check out our Darkest Dungeon 2 Character class tier list for more insight.
