The Dawning is the Winter Live Event that occurs every December and January in Destiny 2. Apart from the is an event, the Rite of Dawning is a Quest which is a part of the Dawning Event in 2021. How to Get Dark Chocolate Motes in Destiny 2
Dark Chocolate Motes is a craftable recipe with 3 Ingredients. The 3 Ingredients are Taken Butter, Null Taste, and Essence of Dawning. You will need a certain ratio of each Ingredient to make Dark Chocolate Motes and they are as follows:
- Taken Butter x1
- Null Taste x1
- Essence of Dawning x15
When you combine these three ingredients and in the right ratio, you will be able to craft Dark Chocolate Motes. Now getting these Ingredients is the next task at hand. Getting them is not a difficult task and here is how you can get them.
- Taken Butter can be obtained from defeating Taken Enemies. The best way to get them is by doing the Lake Shadows Strike in the EDZ (European Dead Zone).
- Null Taste can be obtained by getting Kills with Void Damage dealing Weapons. So carry a Weapon like a Sword that deals Void Damage. Also, choose a sub-class that deals Void Damage. Basically, you will need to use everything that can use Void Damage.
- Essence of Dawning can be obtained by doing Playlist Activities. Depending on which Playlist Activity you are doing, you get different amounts of Essence of Dawning.
