Can you play Cyberpunk 2077 in the third person?

The answer is ‘NO’. You can’t play Cyberpunk 2077 in the third person at least for now. Since the game is played in the first-person perspective, you will only be allowed to see the third person when you are either driving or exploring the city on motorcycles. Apart from those times, you would not be able to play Cyberpunk 2077 in the third person.

There is no denying that the developer of Cyberpunk 2077 is aware that not everyone loves playing the first-person shooter game. For players who mostly play third-person games and finding it hard to play first-person shooter games like Cyberpunk 2077 then the developer of the game has added a few difficulty settings.

In a conversation with Wcctech, CD Projekt Red’s Alvin Liu had said, “If you want to play more casually for the story and maybe you’re not experienced with shooters, which was a real big concern for us […] we want to tell a story and maybe you’re a big fan of The Witcher and you’re not comfortable playing a shooter, we have settings available for that.”

The studio had also confirmed that they have added difficulty options like The Witcher 3, ranging from easy to very hard.
