Where to find the Correct Crawfish
This side-quest begins when you find a Crawfish in the middle of the bridge. When you throw the Crawfish into the river a homeless man (Ebihara) approaches you and claims that it was her beloved pet and he named her Nancy. After hearing his cries, Kasuga promises to return it to him.
Since the river is filled with a lot of Crawfish, Ebihara tells Kasuga that her pet has an X-Shaped scar on her back. To find the correct Crawfish, you will have to head down the river and zoom in on each Crawfish you find, to have a proper visual of their back.

There is no specific location where you will find Nancy the Crawfish. We found Nancy closest to the stairs where you likely entered. Once you have managed to get your hands on the Nancy the Crawfish, you will have to return it to Ebihara, who can be found on the other side of the river.
Where to get a Premium Sushi Set in Yakuza: Like a Dragon
When you hand Nancy over to the homeless man, you will realize that he does not love Nancy and wants to kill and eat her in dinner. When you ask him not to kill Nancy the Crawfish, Ebihara will tell you that he will only spare her if you bring him a Premium Sushi set.
To find a Premium Sushi Set, you will have to head over to North. Notably, it is not an item that can be unlocked by completing quests. It is an item that you will have to buy from a shop in Yokohama. To get Premium Sushi Set, you will have to visit the Poppo shop at Jinnai Station. You can buy the Premium Sushi Set for 2,000 Yen.

Once you have purchased the Premium Sushi Set, return to Ebihara and hand it over to him. When you give Premium Sushi set to Ebihara, he will spare Nancy’s life and the quest will be completed.
