Updated Date :

Chapter 3 of Fortnite has arrived. New Weapons, Skins, Mechanics, and a lot more Content have been introduced. But the main question a lot of players are asking is whether we can craft items like our guns in Chapter 3 of Fortnite. Can we Craft our Weapons and make them Better? In Today’s guide, I will explain how to Craft Items in Fortnite Chapter 3.

In Season 6 and Season 7 of Fortnite Chapter 2, we were able to Craft our Guns to better variants of themselves. This gave us an edge over our Opponents who didn’t Craft their Guns. Unfortunately, this is not the case for Chapter 3 Season 1 of Fortnite. The ability to collect a certain resource like Bones, Nuts, Bolts, or other such resources and use them to craft our guns to better variants has been Vaulted. This may be the fact as this is a brand new start for the Fortnite World.

Although, you can still upgrade your Guns in Fortnite by collecting and using Gold Bars. This is the closest you will get to a crafting items feel in Chapter 3 Season 1 of Fortnite. The Weapons you can upgrade to are as follows:

  • A Common (Grey) -> Uncommon (Green) Upgrade Costs 200 Bars.
  • An Uncommon (Green) -> Rare (Blue) Upgrade Costs 300 Bars.
  • A Rare (Blue) -> Epic (Purple) Upgrade Costs 400 Bars.
  • An Epic (Purple) -> Legendary (Gold) Upgrade Costs 500 Bars.

The removal of Crafting Items in Fortnite may be a temporary thing, maybe in the later Seasons, they will bring back Crafting Items. So keep an eye out and an ear free on the update patch notes for Fortnite. If there are any changes, we will be updating this article so you may want to bookmark this page.
