The best way to farm and collect Corrupted Key Codes in Destiny 2 is by prolonging the Boss Battle in the end. Boss will spawn waves of Taken soldiers during the fight. Killing these waves especially Taken Psions will give you a high chance to get Corrupted Key Codes. The best part of Taken Psions is that you may allow them to multiply, split and create another Taken Psion. This will give you the opportunity to kill these new Psions and get Key Codes.
Once you get a Corrupted Key Code you can beat the boss and Taken Psions to complete the mission. Once done, collect gears and Decrypted Data as rewards from the main chest.
