To complete Professor Snail’s museum in Stardew Valley, you will need to gather fossilized animals and bring them back to the professor for him to display. Since Professor Snail cannot get these on his own, you’re tasked with getting them for him. Here’s how you can complete Professor Snail’s Museum in Stardew Valley.

How To Complete Professor Snail’s Museum In Stardew Valley

To complete Professor Snail’s museum in Stardew Valley you will need to collect the following items.

Fossilized Dog (six pieces)
Fossilized Snake (three pieces)
Fossilized Frog (one piece)
Mummified Bat (one piece)

Most of these pieces can be found by defeating all the enemies that you come across on Ginger Island. Enemies often drop Fossilized pieces randomly in the game. To get the Mummified bat piece, you will need to just defeat every enemy that you find, the same goes for the Fossilized Frog piece.

In case if you’re having trouble finding more fossilized pieces, you can always take your pickaxe and break open large rocks and boulders that have bones sticking out of them. These can become a great source of finding these fossilized animal bones.

Worms sticking out of the ground are another great source as well, and we recommend that you carry a hoe around with you all the time to dig any worms that you see.

Finally, for the Fossilized Dog, all you have to do is check out the river that joins Professor Snail’s tent and the place where he was stuck. By fishing inside the water, you get a good chance of getting the dog pieces.

Once you find all the fossilized pieces and return them back to Professor Snail, you will get an Ostrich Egg Incubator helping you get an Ostrich on your farm.
