Elden Ring has an expansive map, filled with a lot of enemies, Bosses, & POIs. Most POIs are locations or NPCs that will provide you with some form of Resource, Armor, or Weapon. How to Get to the Church of Inhibition in Elden Ring
The Church of Inhibition in Elden Ring is located in Liurnia of the Lakes, North of the Frenzied Flame Village. To get to the Church, you will have to take a right, heading southward, from the Grand Lift of Dectus. To get to the Grand Lift of Dectus, you will have to follow the straight path from the East Raya Lucaria Gate Site of Grace. After taking the Right turn, follow the path down till you reach the Frenzied Flame Village. Be careful here as you will get inflicted with Madness that will increase over time. To deal with this, you will have to kill the Maniacs at the top of the Towers in the Village. Once dealt with, you will be able to pass by here with no problem.
Climb up and head Right again, this going to the North. At the very top of the Hill is where you will find the Church of Inhibition. On the path towards the Church, you will encounter Festering Fingerprint Vyke. Deal with it and you will be able to enter the Church of Inhibition in Elden Ring. Over here you will find a Corpse of a Finger Maiden and looting her will grant you the Finger Maiden Outfit Set. After some exploration, you will also find a Sacred Tear, Eye of Yelough, Gold-Tinged Excrement, & Rowa Fruit.
