A power cell is a useful item in Subnutica as some important devices are powered through it. It is the basic functioning tool required to make your vehicle function. It can be a task to constantly keep producing new power cells once they run out of battery. There is however a way to charge them. How to Charge Power Cells in Subnautica Below Zero?

To charge your power cells, you will need to first get a power cell charger. You can get the blueprints at the Snowfox Base in the Glacial Basin or the Omega Research base in the Lillypad Biome. Once you get these fragments, use the habitat builder to craft the power cell charger. You can build it in your Seabase. This appliance charges Power Cells and Ion Power Cells and can charge 2 cells at a time. It takes 6 minutes and 40 seconds to completely charge the cells and works on energy. Simply interact with the appliance and the two slots will open up where you can place your cells to charge. It will also show you the percentage of charge of the cells while charging.

How to Craft the Charger?

Once you get the blueprint, you will need the following items to craft the power cell charger:

  • Advanced Wiring Kit – x1
  • Lithium – x1
  • Titanium – x1
