In Cult of the Lamb, you are able to name your Cult as per your Liking. Surely, you can keep it as is but changing the name makes your Cult more personal. This happens after a complete your second Darkwood Dungeon Run, once you have defeated Valefar. As you get back to your Cult, a follower will come & talk to you. They will give you the option of Changing your Cult name. Make sure to think of the name beforehand as it will be important.
When you get the option of changing the Cult Name in Cult of the Lamb, that becomes your permanent Cult name. This is true at least at the time of writing this article. As such, you get one chance to name your Cult. It can be tedious to think of a name on the spot. However, if you don’t like your Cult name, you will have to start a New Save and get to the Naming point. This is why being ready with a name is important. So, keep a few names in mind.
