Pokemon Scarlet & Violet: All Ceruledge Weakness & Best Counters

Ceruledge Weakness and Best Counters in Pokemon Scarlet Violet

Ceruledge is a Fire/Ghost dual-type Pokemon with the following weaknesses in Scarlet and Violet:

  • Ground 2x
  • Rock 2x
  • Ghost 2x
  • Water 2x
  • Dark 2x

If you’re fighting a wild Ceruledge or a trained one, we recommend you use Pokemon with the above dual types. Gastrodon, a Ground/Water dual-type, is the best counter against Ceruledge. Its Ground and Water-type attacks inflict heavy damage on Ceruledge. Moreover, it is resistant to Fire-type moves.

Another strong Pokemon you can use against Cerulegde is Greninja. This Pokemon is a Water/Dark dual-type Pokemon with high Sp. Attack stats. Moreover, this Pokemon is resistant to both Fire and Ghost-type attacks. So it is another good choice to exploit Ceruledge’s weaknesses. Moreover, it has the Torrent ability which boosts Water-type moves in a pinch.

Ceruledge Stats

Here are all of Ceruledge’s base stats:

  • HP: 75
  • Attack: 125
  • Defense: 80
  • Sp. Attack: 60
  • Sp. Defense: 100
  • Speed: 85

This Pokemon also has the Flash Fire ability and Weak Armor hidden ability. If it has Flash Fire, then we recommend you avoid fire-type moves against it. However, if it has the Weak Armor ability, then we recommend you use a fast or bulky Pokemon. Greninja, with its massive speed, fits the description.
