The Captain’s Goldfish can be obtained from the Forsaken Shore’s pond area, right next to the waterfall. You can reach it by heading to the island on your boat. It’s near Roslit Bay and you’ll be able to see the marker once you get to the Ocean. Upon reaching Forsaken Shore, take a right from the Merchant’s shop and make your way up towards the waterfall.
