There are three types of Protein found in the game, and you can get them from the locations given below:

  • Protein – Rocinante Discount Store
  • Moist Protein – Next Ace Sports Shop (Shibuya)
  • Import Protein – Next Ace Sports Shop (Shibuya)

How to Use it?

  • Among all three Proteins, the normal Protein is the cheapest, which costs ¥2,000 and has an unlimited supply. It increases +1 HP stat during work out at home and increases +2 HP stat and +1 SP stat when worked out in a Gym.
  • On the other hand, Moist Protein costs ¥4,500, and you can buy them only once a day. Even then, it gives you +3 HP stat and +2 SP stat more when used during Gym training. Also, it gives you +2 HP more during home training.
  • Import Protein is the most expensive and rare Protein found in the game costs ¥8,000, and you can buy it only once a month. It gives you a +4 HP stat in Home training. Also, it gives you +5 HP and + 3SP stat in Gym training when used.
  • Apart from training, when using any of these Proteins during combat, they restore 30% HP of any ally when used. Although, this is not the preferred method to heal your HP because you can use spells during battle to heal yourself.
  • If you need them to use in combat, then go for normal Protein because all the Protein heals the same amount of HP.
