To fast travel in Lego Fortnite, you can use a Battle Bus station, however, if you want to build one at a specific location, that’s possible too. This will help you easily travel to Lost Isles or any other biome, saving precious time for more important things. Here’s the recipe and all the resources you need to set it up.
How to Build a Battle Bus Station in LEGO Fortnite
To craft a Battle Bus Station, you require 4 Iron Bars, 2 Malachite Slabs, 6 Frostpine, and 3 Rift Shards. Also, you need an Epic Pickaxe.
If you don’t have an Epic Pickaxe yet, you can craft it through the Epic Crafting Bench with 8 Obsidian Slabs and 5 Frostpine Rods.
It’s quite a process to get the Epic Pickaxe because before that you need a Rare Pickaxe (which can be crafted from x3 Flexwood Rods and x3 Sand Claws) at a Rare crafting bench. After that, you need the Cool-Headed Charm because you have to head to the Lava Caves to mine the dark purple Obsidian. Once you have that, you need a Stone Breaker to make Obsidian Slabs. The other thing you need is Frostpine which can be harvested from trees in the Frostlands region. Now, you should have an Epic Pickaxe.
Rift Shards can be collected by dismantling an existing Bus Station that you find in the open world. Use your Epic Pickaxe to smash it a few times, and you should be able to destroy it and collect Rift Shards. In case you’re not able to find a bus station on your map, use a Spyglass (x4 Glass + x1 Knotroot Rod) to zoom in from a mountaintop and look into the distant land for any nearby bus stations.
For Iron bars, you need Iron first and it can be harvested from caves in the Frostlands biome with an Epic Pickaxe. Then, you need a Smelter to smelt it to Iron bars.
Lastly, the Epic Pickaxe comes in handy again to harvest green Malachite nodes in the Frostlands biome’s mountain peaks. Since you already have a Stone Breaker at this point, you can convert the raw Malachite to Malachite Slabs.
This is everything you need to do to collect the resources to build a Battle Bus Station in LEGO Fortnite. The crucial things you need to keep in mind are having an Epic Pickaxe and venturing into the Frostlands which can be brutal if you don’t have the right equipment to protect your character.
Once you’ve picked the location where you want to set up the Battle Bus Station, go to Building mode and you should see Battle Bus right there. Interact with the structure and call for the Battle Bus whenever you want to visit a certain location. Be sure to thank the bus driver and jump to your desired spot.
