In order to solve the Broken Isle Puzzle, you will have to go to each of the 5 pools of water around the islands.
Next, you will have to step on the rocks just beside these bodies of water to raise or lower the level of water.
The rock on the right increases the water level and the left rock lowers the level.
You can find the water level markings on the wall next to the water body.
Each water body needs to be kept at a specific level only.
Once you do that, you will complete the challenge easily.

Location 1: Central/south, make sure the water level is at its lowest
