As soon as it does, click the Circle button, then Kratos will jump and use his Blades of Chaos to slam and break the cracked floor in the game. Many players have reported that the prompt button only appears after Atreus completes his dialogue. So before performing the jump, make sure you stand beside Atreus and listen to what he is saying.
