Once you enter this hilly region, just as you walk inside this place, go towards the left-hand side. You will see several rocky structures and there will be a bunch of green plants scattered everywhere. Out of all the other structures, there will be a square rock and a single green plant on it. Climb on top of this plant and jump. The treasure will be visible, hit it to collect your hidden treasure. From this chest, you will most likely get a Flower as a reward.

The other one you will find towards the exit, this chest will be in the right side of this area. There will be a narrow path heading towards the entrance of the next area, look for the L-shaped rocky platform. In the left corner, jump to reveal another hidden treasure chest. As a reward, you will get a Rocky Candy in the chest.
