To become a rapper in Bitlife, you need to record rap albums as a solo artist. To do this you need to start early by practicing any musical instruments. Also, make sure to take voice lessons as you need to become a singer. To do this go into the Activities tab and click on the Mind & Body section. Practice every year as you age till you complete high school. If you practice both singing and instrument every year till 18, you will master both of them.
Once you are 18 years old, you can try applying to a record label to be a solo singer. If you are not selected you can try again. You can also take a Major in Music to increase your chance. If you are lucky you will get a Record Contract, in the Rap genre. All you have to do is continue making albums in Rap genre to be a solo rapper. Apart from this, there is no other way to become a rapper in Bitlife.
The contract offered by the Record Label will contain info about the genre alongside the Role, Advance, Royalty Rate, and Terms. From here you can choose to sign only the contracts that offer Rap as a genre. Once your album is ready, you will be able to promote your music by appearing on talk shows and other related events. Eventually, you will also be able to conduct concerts and perform in live venues to earn fame and money along the way.
