In Act 3, players will be able to have a polyamorous relationship with characters such as Halsin, and the Drow Twins. Once again, consent is extremely vital for the player and their partner to agree to this. Additionally, players can also have polyamory with Mizora and the Emperor.
While the only BG3 companions who are open to polyamory with Mizora are Astarion and Shadowheart, none of the react to the players relationship with the Emperor.
