Right at the start of Biomutant, players will have to choose certain important characteristics like the character class breed, and resistance. We have a guide on the Class Breed combos and in this guide, we will cover the best resistance that you can choose from in Biomutant for your character.
Best Resistance to Choose in Biomutant
Initially, you will see these 4 resistances to choose from in Biomutant:
- Heat
- Biohazard
- Cold
- Radioactivity
As you play the game, you will find that there is one more resistance called Hypoxia which is the absence of oxygen. There will be hazard zones in the game that will have any of these aspects. They will slowly eat your character away and even kill it if stayed in the zone long enough. So you need to develop resistance for them. There will also be certain biohazard weapons that will have a considerable amount of damage to your character. The initial character creation will have a circle that you can drag your cursor in and set a custom resistance for these. You can max out one or have a combination between any or all of the four too. The max resistance to one aspect will be 25%
So where to set your resistance in? The answer is that it does not matter what resistance you choose in Biomutant. As and when you progress in the game, you will come across and collect various pieces of armor for each of these to develop resistance. So you really will not be missing out on any of these aspects, you will initially just get a boost with the resistance selection in Biomutant.
