Widowmaker – Best Kiriko Counter in Overwatch 2
Widowmaker is undoubtedly the best counter to Kiriko for multiple reasons. Widowmaker is a sniper, so with a single headshot, she can eliminate Kiriko before she even gets a chance to teleport. Secondly, Widowmaker gets the advantage of long-range, so even if Kiriko manages to spot her. It is no good if she can’t land her Kunai on her head. So in a 1v1 fight, Kiriko will almost always lose unless if she is too close to Widowmaker.
Winston
Unlike Widowmaker, Winston is not a direct counter to Kiriko in terms of a 1v1 fight. He serves the purpose of making things difficult for Kiriko. Kiriko can only heal one character at a time. So no matter if you are attacking multiple enemies using Tesla Cannon, Jump Pack, or Primal Rage. It can overwhelm Kiriko for healing her teammates. Thus allowing your teammates to attack her, while she is focused on healing instead of fighting.
Sombra
Sombra is more of a tricky counter for her because you need to be fast. When using Sombra, you need to use your Hack effectively in order to disable her ability to teleport to her teammates. If you are successful at that you basically force her to fight 1v1 against you. But as Sombra, you need to fight more carefully, because unlike Widowmaker you do not get the advantage of long-range. But since you are taking the fight with Kiriko after using Hack, her passive will give you a 40% damage boost. So you should be able to defeat Kiriko as long as you avoid getting hit by her Kunai on your head.
