Kaveh thrives on Dendro elemental reactions. So using him along with a Hydro character like Yelan lets you make use of Bloom. This reaction is crucial for Kaveh because instead of taking damage it gets healed when Bloom explodes.
Having an Electro battery like Raiden Shogun not only lets you use Catalyze, but she also charges up the team’s elemental burst quickly. After you trigger Quicken, you can then use either Kaveh or Raiden to trigger Spread or Aggravate reactions respectively. These allow you to deal further damage to your target.
