Defeating Nightweaver, an early boss in Remnant 2, can be a true nightmare for the Traveler. But with proper guidance, you can easily beat this boss. After you reach over to The Tormented Asylum, the Nightweaver will show up. Once you reduce her health to zero in the courtyard, you must get ready for round 2. This is where most of the players panic. So here’s what you can do to beat the Nightweaver boss fight.
How to Defeat the Nightweaver in Remnant 2
The wisest strategy a player can use while putting up a battle is analyzing the enemy’s attack pattern. Knowing where and how the enemy will hit will help you think of proper countermeasures. For instance, Nightweaver’s playbook consists of Melee and Ranged attacks. Which means that you’ll have to purely rely on your dodging skills. However, to simplify things, here’s how you can effectively dodge Nightweaver’s offenses in Remnant 2.
- Spectral Lunge (Lunges and attacks with her claws)
- Dodge to any side subsequently twice
- Spectral Slam (Uses her momentum to fall on the ground and deal AOE Damage)
- Simply move away from her
- Icy Spikes (4 Icy projectiles)
- Dodge as the projectiles move slower
- Spectral Rain (Launches projectiles in different directions)
- Move away from the targeted area to dodge
While battling Nightweaver in Remnant 2, know that her weakest spot is her glowy Heart. You can deal massive damage by targeting Nightweaver’s Heart. During the first phase of the battle (in the courtyard), she raises her hand in the air to summon minions. In the meanwhile, her Heart will become uncovered and vulnerable to your attacks. You can use this opening to target her heart and cause damage to the Nightweaver.
Next, inside the Asylum, she won’t fly but pass through walls and floors. Moreover, this all will happen inside a tiny area so you won’t have much mobility. Just make sure to stay away from the walls to avoid getting attacked by the Nightweaver in Remnant 2. Also, you will need plenty of ammo to cause damage to the Nightweaver. So make sure to kill the minions and collect ammo from them. Once you get accustomed to dodging and shooting right on the button, you will easily be able to defeat this dream eater.
