Is there a BattleBit Original before BattleBit Remastered?
Simply put, no, there isn’t an original BattleBit that came out before the remastered version of the game. This begs the question, why is the remastered tag in front of the newly released game? Well, it has to do with how long it took for the production of the game. The game was under development for a little under 7 years since its production started in 2016. Along the way, the game went through many drastic story and technical changes that the developers thought it was fitting to be named the game with the remastered tag. So to summarise there is only one BattleBit game that players can enjoy playing.
The game is heavily inspired by EA’s Battlefield series and has stayed true to its formula. While stating in a magazine, the developers have explained how much they loved playing the original Battlefield games. He went on to explain the effort that has gone into the production of the BattleBit game. And although a roadmap for the future hasn’t been revealed, the team has promised to improve the gameplay experience. So players can expect even more features and mechanics from the game going further. But for now, they can enjoy the massive multiplayer and its in-game features.
