How to unlock and get Outfits and Skins in Back 4 Blood?
To unlock outfits you will have to complete the Supply Lines in the game. This is one of the only ways by which you can earn various skins in the game. The Supply Lines are a chain of rewards in the game. You will have to fill in a particular line of rewards. Usually at the end of each supply line you will get a lot of skins as rewards.

To fill up these supply lines you will have to first earn Supply Line Points. With each point you will get to fill in a particular Supply Line. This is the best way to unlock and get outfits in Back 4 Blood.
Now, go over to Fort Hope and head over to the Supply Line missions. Once you are here just look for the related NPC in the camp. This NPC is in the form of an old woman sitting on a picnic table in the camp. Simply interact with this lady by clicking on the button prompt that comes up. This will allow you to unlock and get new weapon skins in Back 4 Blood.
To apply the skins, simply go over to Dusty the Quartermaster. You can also open the Armory and apply these new weapon skins.
