How to play in the Back 4 Blood Swarm Mode?

Back 4 Blood Swarm Mode: How To Play New Competitive PvP Mode?

The B4B Swarm Mode is a new mode that you will be able to find in the main menu of the game. As mentioned above this is a new PvP mode in the game that will allow you to play along with other online players. However, this mode is still based around zombies. I mean why will the only remaining apocalypse survivors keep shooting each other. It kind of defeats the purpose doesn’t it?

The Swarm Mode works around a round-based system. Players will still face zombies. So, basically, you and your friends will be divided into teams or you will join a random online team. You will now go against other players over a few rounds of killing zombies. At the end of this matchup, whoever has the highest kills will win the Swarm Mode in Back 4 Blood.

This is a unique take on PvP modes where usually it is players going against each other. The Swarm Mode adds a degree of uniqueness to an age-old system and it does work out pretty well. However, it is still a bit broken when you switch over to the Ridden characters mid-game. This part of the PvP mode hasn’t been that well executed and leaves many wondering what could have been.
