How to Get Blood Packs in Ark Survival Evolved

Get Blood Packs in Ark

Blood Packs are quite useful in taming dinosaurs and creatures in Ark. Here’s how you can get Blood Packs in Ark Survival Evolved:

  • They can be made in exchange for 25 Health. Either from your body or the body of an unconscious/ offline player.
  • You will need a Blood Extraction Syringe. You unlock these quite early in the game. All it needs is:
    • x10 Hide
    • x1 Chitin, Keratin, or Shell Fragment.
  • Once you have crafted the Syringe, use it to get 1 Blood Pack in your inventory for 25 Health.
  • There is a five-second cool down for every time you use a Syringe.
  • Making too many Blood Packs at once will kill you. But you can just respawn and run to your body and collect the Blood Packs.

It is difficult to preserve this blood though as it can get spoiled within half an hour. To increase your chances of preservation, you will need a Smokehouse or a Refrigerator.

If you just want to get Blood Pack without much hassle, you can use one of the following two spawn commands:

  • cheat giveitemnum 45 1 0 0
  • cheat giveitem “Blueprint’/Game/PrimalEarth/CoreBlueprints/Items/Consumables
    /PrimalItemConsumable_BloodPack.PrimalItemConsumable_BloodPack'” 1 0 0

That’s all you need from this guide on how to get Blood Packs in Ark. While you are here, make sure you check out Desmodus Spawn Location, other Ark guides, tips, and tricks right here on Gamer Tweak.
