How to Get Ancestral Items in Diablo 4
Ancestral Gear can be unlocked after you reach World Tier 4 (Torment) difficulty in Diablo 4. You will have to complete the Fallen Temple Capstone Dungeon at Dry Steppes to reach this difficulty. Once you clear the dungeon, Ancestral Items will start dropping for you around the overworld.
Ancestral items are a more robust version of the standard or Sacred gear with higher levels and higher base stats. Here is a short summary of how to unlock Ancestral Gear:
- First, you will need to beat the Diablo 4 Campaign.
- Clear the Capstone Dungeon in Kyovashad.
- Now, change to World Tier 3: Nightmare difficulty and reach Level 70.
- Go to Dry Steppes and clear the Fallen Temple Capstone Dungeon.
- Next, interact with the nearest World Tier statue to change your difficulty to World Tier 4: Torment.
- You will now get Ancestral Items as drops in Diablo 4.
