Where to Get Academy Scroll in Elden Ring? [Location]
To obtain the Academy Scroll in Elden Ring, you have to travel to the south of Graveyard in Liurnia of the Lakes Region. To be precise, head over to the Lake-Facing Site of Grace. Further, keep moving to the west until you get near a Graveyard. You will be encountering a couple of skeletons there, so make sure to defeat them first. Once you have defeated them, you can collect the Academy Scroll next to a grave nearby.
How to Use Academy Scroll – Unlock New Sorceries!
Similar to the Royal House Scroll & Conspectus Scroll, Academy Scrolls is another Key Item that unlocks new Sorceries in Elden Ring. All you have to do is hand over this scroll to a learned sorcerer and in return, you will be given Sorceries. You will unlock the following Sorceries with the help of Academy Scroll:
- Great Glintstone Shard
- Give it to Miriel Pastor of Vows, Sorceress Sellen, or Preceptor Seluvis. After that, you will be able to purchase this Sorcery in exchange for 2000x Runes.
- Requires 16x Intelligence
- Swift Glintstone Shard
- Give it to Miriel Pastor of Vows, Sorceress Sellen, or Preceptor Seluvis. Once delivered, you can purchase this Sorcery in exchange for 600x Runes.
- Requires 12x Intelligence

Here’s where you can find Sorcerers that can unlock new Sorceries in exchange for Academy Scrolls in Elden Ring:
- Miriel Pastor of Vows
- It is a giant immovable Turtle located in the Church of Vows. Head over to East Isle in Liurnia of the Lakes region to reach there.
- Sorceress Sellen
- This Merchant is found near a Treasure Chest in the Waypoint Ruins (eastern part of Limegrave). For easy access to this location, you can use the “Waypoint Ruins Cellar” Site of Grace. Although, this Site of Grace becomes available only if you have defeated the Mad Pumpkin Head.
- Preceptor Seluvis
- You can meet this Sorcerer and give him the Academy Scroll in Seluvis’s Rise region of Elden Ring. Specifically, Seluvis’s Rise is one of the 3 Towers in the 3 Sisters region of Liurnia of the Lakes. The entrance to this place unlocks once you speak to Ranni at Ranni’s Rise.
