What is the Most Popular & Most Played Class in Diablo 4?
The most picked, played and popular class in Diablo IV as per @RodFergusson is Sorcerer/Sorceress! Here’s the full tweet:

This is kind of a surprise because most people will expect Barbarian or Necromancer to be the top picks. Personally, I did try Sorc during the beta but ended up liking Rogue more and picked the latter for my campaign completion on World Tier 2.
For the end-game, the Barbarian is a fan-favorite (especially the Whirlwind Barb) and the Twisted Blades Rogue is gaining popularity as well. Unfortunately, the Necromancer doesn’t come up at the top of the list for endgame because the skeletons aren’t good enough to take on the tough battles players are in for. Maybe there will be a buff in the future – we’ll keep you updated on Gamer Tweak.
What is the Least Played Class in Diablo 4?
While the official information is not yet known, many are speculating that the least played and least popular class in Diablo 4 may be Druid. Mainly because the class didn’t fare so well during the beta and the initial bad reviews may affect its pick rate.
The playtime numbers for the Diablo IV beta were pretty unprecedented – players spent more than 61 million hours of gameplay during the beta, which means that most players may continue playing the class they enjoyed the most during that time.
Apart from this, Rogue, Sorc, Necromancer, and Barbarian are just the more popular classes compared to Druid, taking into consideration the classes played by Youtube video creators and Twitch streamers.

Druid does have some great abilities and the developers have made balance changes in the class at launch after the beta feedback. These include the reduction of ultimate skills cooldowns, more damage from companion skills, and usability improvements to Maul and Pulverize. Plus, Druid is one of the best classes to use for late-game, so the overall opinions may change in the near future.
