- Equip Glacius or Arresto Momentum as one of your spells.
- Go to the Clock Tower.
- Now, look for the Symbol of the big circle on the door.
- Next, look around for the same symbol and wait for it to align with the pendulum.
- The moment, the symbol and pendulum are in front of each other cast Glacius or Arresto Momentum on the pendulum.
- This will slow down or freeze the pendulum, depending on the spell you used. Allowing you to rush to the door in the clock tower and open it.
