If you haven’t unlocked these Biomes, you can access them by spending 5000 Dreamlight on Glade of Trust Biome or you can spend 7000 Dreamlight on Sunlit Plateau to unlock it. Vanilla is a flower found in Sunlit Plateau. They are easy to notice by their white flowers in a dark green plant. You can find Cherry from Sunlit Plateau or Frosted Heights Biome.
