How To Get To Yoshi Island In Super Mario RPG (Yo’ster Isle)

Published Date :

Yoshi is the most adorable dinosaur to ever show up in a game. And in Super Mario RPG, we can visit the Yo’ster Isle to meet this creature. This area is filled with creatures of Yoshi’s species and some hidden rewards. Moreover, if you are aware of the Yoshi Race; then this is the exact location where you can play this minigame.

Our guide features the way to get to Yoshi’s Island in Super Mario RPG. So if you are up for some fun activities on the Yo’ster Isle, then be sure to stick to the end.

How to Reach Yo’ster Isle and Find Yoshi in Super Mario RPG

To reach the Yo’ster Isle, you must first complete the Bowyer Boss Fight and get the second Star Piece. This happens when Geno joins your party and helps you defeat this enemy. So once you have beaten Bowyer, simply move from Rose Town toward Moleville. In between these two areas, you will find a location known as Pipe Vault as shown in the image below:

The Pipe Vault area is completely optional so there are decent chances that you will miss it out. But if you want to reach the Yo’ster Isle to see Yoshi, then you need to go to this area.

Once you enter the pipe, be ready to face some challenges thrown by Goombas. While you continue on your path by defeating enemies and avoiding obstacles, you will eventually reach the final pipe of the stage.
