Xbox Gift Code Redeem Not Working Error Fix
In case the Xbox digital code/gift card you have is not working and you are not sure why go through the steps below.
- First, ensure that the code you have is to be redeemed on your Xbox and not on the game’s or publisher’s website. You can confirm the same via the retailer or check the subscription’s terms.
- Also, ensure that you are using the code in the region where it is valid.
- Remember that codes cannot be used if your account has any outstanding payments left. So first, clear those, and then you can try redeeming the code again. Check your pending transactions in your account’s Services & Subscription section.
