There is nothing to be shocked about if you see a non-living object speaking in the Wizarding World. In the Well, Well, Well side quest, you will find a well speaking that will eventually hand you over (sarcastically) a parchment. Wherein you will find the sketch of a location with no map linked with it. The location drawn on the map hides a treasure chest somewhere but it doesn’t tell you where. Treasure Chest Location in Well, Well, Well Side Quest of Hogwarts Legacy
The treasure chest is located on the southwestern side of the Irondale Hamlet in the Feldcroft Region. You can use the Irondale Floo Flame to fast travel there quickly. Once you reach there, head over to the location marked in the image below:
Once you reach the marked location, move in the southern direction to reach the Ancient Magic Hotspot Marker (marked on the image above). This is the exact location drawn on the parchment. Upon reaching the location, you can find a tree and your character will even speak about it. You have to use the Levioso spell to pick that tree up. This is because the Treasure Chest of the Well, Well, Well quest is associated with the roots of that tree in Hogwarts Legacy.
