The recent launch of Overwatch 2 has several bugs, issues, and crashing issues plaguing the gameplay. After grinding hard to unlock their favorite characters, players are unable to track their weekly challenges’ progress. For some players, the namely Hero challenges section is not appearing. While for others, the weekly challenges menu seems to be bugged. Due to this issue, players are unable to track their progress correctly, skipping or losing their progress. But is there a fix for it? How to Fix the Weekly Challenges Bugged Issue in Overwatch 2

Unfortunately, there is no confirmed or guaranteed fix for the weekly challenges bugged issue. This issue is a technical hitch from the developer’s end. Blizzard hasn’t acknowledged this issue as of now. The weekly challenges bugged issue is one of the several issues in the launch. But Blizzard has stated that the players haven’t lost any progress despite the missing or incorrect progress of the challenges in their blog post. You can try out restarting your PC or console and then, launching Overwatch 2. This method did work out for some players in the community.

If it doesn’t work out, we suggest heading over to the Blizzard Support page (link). Select the Technical option and hit the Contact Support option. Over there, you will find a text box. You need to state the issues that you have encountered in detail. In some time, the team at Blizzard will reach out to you for assistance.
