Like other titles from Hoyoverse, Honkai: Star Rail features a Gacha System as well. There are Banners through which you can pull or ‘Warp’ – Light Cones (Weapons) and Characters. In this game, such Banners are known as Warp Banners. Further, there are 3 types of Warp Banners which are Departure, Stellar, and Event-specific. You can warp your rewards from the Banners by spending Star Rail Pass or Star Rail Special Pass. Stellar Jades are converted to get these Passes or Tickets. Departure Warp Banners
So, Departure or Beginner Warp Banners is basically an introduction to the Gacha System of Honkai Star Rail. Thankfully, you get 20% discount on a set of 10 pulls in Departure Warp Banners. Which means, you will obtain 10 warps at the cost of 8. Moreover, it guarantees a 5-Star character within your first 50 warps and 4-Star character within every 10 warps. There’s a 0.6% chance that you will pull a 5-star Character from Departure Warp Banner. On the other hand, the Gacha Drop Rate for warping a 4-star character is 5.1%.
Stellar Warp Banner
Stellar Warp Banner is a permanent banner that you can use to unlock characters and Light Cones in Honkai Star Rail. You need to spend a Star Rail Pass to warp. Similar to the Departure Warp Banner above, it guarantees a 4-star character within every 10 pulls. Upon completing 300 Warps, the game will allow you to pick any 5-star character of your choice. However, this special pick only works one time on an account. Here’s a list of all the possible rewards you can pull from this permanent Warp Banner:
