Diablo 4 Wardrobe has two main sections: Wardrobe and Appearance. In the Wardrobe section, you get to swap armor and items of your character. And in Appearance, you change makeup, jewelry, markings, and markings color. To use the feature, you must first select Interact near the closet. This will open the Wardrobe for you.

If you wish to swap armor or items, go to the Wardrobe tab. In the beginning, you have two Ensemble slots: the first is free, but the second must be purchased with 2,500 Gold. All equipment and clothing pieces will have two options in Diablo IV Wardrobe: Variant and Pigment. A variant is an item, and the pigment is the color you want it to have. Appearance has no slot system, so you must customize it with the look.

Is the Diablo 4 Wardrobe Not Working?

It could be a glitch. This bug has occurred during the beta weekends as well. You can try closing the game and restarting it to see if you can interact with the closet again. But if that doesn’t work, contact Blizzard support for assistance.
