If you come up against a Team Rocket Grunt that says, “where there is light, there is shadow”, you will have to try again as all you will get from him is a Shadow Stunky. Now, the best way to find a Shadow Snover is to click on the Team Rocket balloon whenever it appears and defeats the enemies.

Make sure that you keep checking your game frequently to spot the Team Rocket Balloon, the Sinnoh Celebration Event has just begun in Pokemon Go and this is Shadow Snover is one of the Pokemon that you need to catch among Turtwig, Chimchar, Piplup, Cranidos, Shieldon, Combee, Buizel, and Shadow Stunky.
