In order to unlock the Sumeru City Reputation Board in the game, you will have to complete certain prerequisites. Those prerequisites are completing the World Quest: Corps of Thirty Recruitment. You can access this World Quest after completing 2 Sumeru Archon Quests, those being Chapter III: Act I – Through Mists of Smoke and Forests Dark & Chapter III: Act II – The Morn a Thousand Roses Bring. During these Quests, you will get a Quest by the name of Dawn. In this Quest, you will have to talk to Katheryne. Once you meet her, you will get the World Quest: Corps of Thirty Recruitment. Along with that Quest, you will also unlock Sumeru Daily Commissions. Access them to complete the long list of Quests.
Begin the World Quest: Corps of Thirty Recruitment and follow through. If you follow the markers given by the Quest and head Northeast of Sumeru City, you will meet Effendi, the Researcher. Talk to him and you will unlock the Sumeru City Reputation Board. With this, you will be able to track your exploration progress in Sumeru City. After completing certain objectives on the Board, you will earn a lot of good rewards. I highly recommend you complete the Sumeru City Reputation Board as soon as possible.
