To unlock merchants in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, you will need to complete the special unlock Services Quests. You will gather and deliver specific materials for each quest. There are a total of 7 merchants in the game and you will have to gather required materials and deliver them to unlock the merchants.
To unlock merchant High Spirits Produce you will need to complete a quest titled, “Pumpkin Burglars” and for this, you will need to collect Courser Bee Honey x1 and Bokoblin Trophy x200.
To get the merchants named Monda, Dayfah, and Segimo, you will need to complete the quest, “Swanked-Up Stable”. For this, you will have to gather Hearty Durian x1 Bokoblin Trophy x200 and Lizalfos Trophy x100.

Other merchants in the game will ask you to get other items in the game like the merchant named Bena, you’ll need to complete the quest called “On the Hook”. To complete this all you have to do is gather Armored Porgy x5, Hyrule Bass x5, and Chuchu Trophy x10.
Finally, to get merchants like Cheria and Ettu, all that you have to do is finish the quest titled, “Anything but Bugs”. To do this, you will need to gather Bladed Rhino Beetle x5, Ruggest Rhino Beetle x5, and Energetic Rhino Beetle x5.
