Slime Rancher 2 is a First-Person Life Simulation Adventure game created by an American indie studio, Monomi Park. You play as Beatrix LeBeau, a Slime Rancher, and explore a new frontier in the Slime World. The lands of Rainbow Island are filled with uneven land with Cliffs & Chasms. As such, traversing them on foot becomes very difficult. That’s where Upgrades come into the picture, especially the Jetpack. How to Unlock the Jetpack in Slime Rancher 2
Jetpack in Slime Rancher 2 is an upgrade you can unlock in the Fabricator. Check out our guide on How to Use Fabricator in Slime Rancher 2 for more information on it. The Jetpack allows the Player to travel by going up higher elevations & descend from higher elevations easily but at the cost of Stamina or Energy. Once you can get a hold of it, exploring Rainbow Island becomes easy. To get the Jetpack, you will need to get the following items.
- 450 Newbucks
- 10 Phosphor Plorts
- 10 Radiant Ores
Get these items, put the Phosphor Plorts & Radiant Ores in the Refinery & you will be able to get the Jetpack from the Fabricator in Slime Rancher 2. You can get Newbucks by selling a lot of Plorts. Once you get the Jetpack, traversing around the World becomes very easy. The Jetpack consumes your Stamina to function. If you want your Jetpack to last longer in one go, then you will need to get the Power Core Upgrades & Jetpack Upgrades for more efficiency.
