How To Play On Impossible Difficulty In Dead Space Remake

Updated Date :

Dead Space Remake is a remarkable reboot from the franchise reviving all the fun from the 2008 installment. The storyline of Isaac Clark is no doubt an intense and gripping series of events with tons of jump scares. There is no denying that it will be a tough challenge to complete this game in Hard Difficulty. But veteran players are always ready for this challenge. Although, it is time for you to level up and go for the unforgiving Impossible Mode in Dead Space Remake. Check out this guide that features the steps to unlock the Impossible Difficulty Mode.

How to Unlock Impossible Mode in Dead Space Remake

How To Unlock Impossible Mode In Dead Space Remake

Unlike previous Dead Space games, there is no requirement for unlocking the Impossible Mode in Dead Space Remake. The Impossible Difficulty level is available to opt from the moment you begin the game. Although, in previous installments, you were required to play the entire game at least once on any difficulty level to unlock the Impossible Mode. Thankfully, things have changed and now there is no hassle in enjoying the hardcore challenges of Dead Space Remake.

What Changes does Impossible Difficulty Bring?

The difficulty level varies from easy to tough depending upon the setting you choose. So it is quite obvious that playing the Hard & Impossible Difficulty is not a piece of cake. The enemies showing up in the Impossible Difficult are almost next to invincible. You will be causing lesser damage and taking higher damage which makes Impossible Mode a nightmare in Dead Space Remake.

Further, dying is not an option in this mode. There are no autosaves which means if you die once, the game will either start from the beginning or give you the option to continue on Hard Difficulty. However, I would suggest stepping up and taking this challenge as completing the game on Impossible Difficulty will get you Burnished Suit and Hand Cannon in Dead Space Remake.

That covers everything about the Impossible Mode in Dead Space Remake. While you are here, make sure to check out our other Dead Space Remake Guides on Gamer Tweak.
