How to Unlock & Get the Noisemaker in AC Mirage
You can unlock and get the Noisemaker from Abu Jafar Muhammad while completing the main storyline quests. You will get an option to unlock one tool during the early game. However, if you didn’t unlock this explosive tool, you can spend the skill points to unlock it. For that, interact with any Banu Musa brothers in the Bureau.

How to Upgrade Noisemaker
You can upgrade the Noisemaker in Assassin’s Creed Mirage by heading to the Hidden One’s Bureau. As you head there, talk to a Banu Musa brother and give them the required materials to unlock different upgrade tiers. You will need leather, steel ingots, and components to unlock an upgrade.
