Overwatch 2 is finally released and the players are busy redeeming all the fun from this first-person shooter. Developers left no window for character dissatisfaction as they have given a plethora of Heroes in all the 3 Classes that are Tank, Support, and Damage. To be specific about a particular class, Damage seems to be the fan favorite as the Heroes you get in this class are cooler in both appearance & movesets. Genji is one of the most versatile and ghastly Damage Heroes available to play in OW2. However, Genji needs to be unlocked before you get your hands on him in Overwatch 2. It doesn’t matter if you are a newbie or a veteran player, you will unlock 15 Heroes right after completing the tutorial. Unfortunately, Genji is not a part of those 15 Heroes. Although, you will have to unlock him by completing a certain number of matches in the game. Thereafter, a total of 150 games are required to play in order to unlock every hero inOW2. Further, unlocking Genji is the easiest task you can undertake in this game. This is because you are required to play only 1 game in order to unlock Genji in Overwatch 2.

Also, keep in mind that Custom Games and Practice vs AI do not count while attempting to unlock any Hero in OW2. Once Genji has been unlocked, all you have to do is learn his playstyle, strengths & abilities in Overwatch 2.
