Once you are up North in Vern Castle, you will have to chat with many NPCs. At a certain point, you will have a conversation with Professor Ronatas. After your interaction with him, the Statue behind him will change and you will be able to access the Chaos Dungeons from there. This is how you unlock the Chaos Dungeons in Lost Ark.
Once it is unlocked, you can do daily runs of ut and get a lot of amazing Loot. The items you can get from a Chaos Dungeon in Lost Ark are Boss Tickets, Accessories, Gear, Currency, and other such Rare Items.
