There are plenty of combinations for you to try while Fusing your favorite weapon with an item. For players like me, the Inventory is always stacked up with multiple resources. Such instances increase the chances of Fusing the wrong attachment to the weapon or equipment. Thankfully, in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, it is possible to undo the mistake by unfusing the weapon. However, it can get tricky to undo a Fuse for someone who is unaware of this game’s mechanics. So, here’s how you can Unfuse an unwanted material.

  • After selecting the unwanted Fused item, click on Destroy the Fused Material.

Be mindful while Fusing any item as you probably don’t want to regret losing a valuable item through unfusing.

Luckily, there is another way for Unfusing a Weapon in Tears of the Kingdom. And through this method, you will retain both the Weapon and Fused Material. To do so, head to Tarrey Town & interact with Pelison, the Goron child. Tarrey Town is located on the eastern side of the map near the Akkala Highlands region. The exact map coordinates for Pelison’s shop are (3992, 1633, 0128).
