During your Elden Ring playthrough, you will get two opportunities in getting the Twinned Armor. The first one is from looting the Corpse of D, Hunter of the Dead & defeating D’s Twin Brother. You will first encounter D, Hunter of the Dead in Roundtable Hold. You must get the Deathroot from the Tibia Mariner Boss in Summonwater Village Outskirts. After that, Talk to D and exhaust all of his dialogues. At one point, either you will be able to kill D, Hunter of the Dead. In which case you will get the Twinned Armor. But if you don’t kill him then Fia will do it and you will be able to Loot the Armor from his Body. In either case, D, Hunter of the Dead must die to get the Armor.

There is an optional Quest where you give the Armor to D’s Twin Brother. If you give the unaltered Armor to him, he will move and Kill Fia. After which you will have to battle him and defeat him. On killing him, you will be able to get the Twinned Armor back as well as the Inseparable Blade. If you do not wish to kill Fia then either you don’t give the Armor to D’s Twin Brother or you will have to kill D, Hunter of the Dead. Either option will keep Fia alive and you will have the Twinned Armor in Elden Ring.

This was all about getting the Twinned Armor in Elden Ring. Hopefully, this guide has helped you. You can also check our guide on How To Use Festering Bloody Finger in Elden Ring.
