The first gym you get you in Pokemon Sword and Shield is the Turrfield gym which is lush town and you will find strange ancient stones there. The trainer there is named Milo who is a grass type gym leader but before Milo, you should check out this treasure which will certainly help you.
There is a riddle that you get when you talk to a little girl on the path to the gym, you will find her near the entrance of the tourist area. Speak with her and she will tell you a riddle: “Seek yourself three standing stones, with grass before the other ones. Use that strength, and find than the strength of its strength in the end. Dally not, if you’ve a mind to find what time has left behind.”
Solving this riddle will grant you a treasure which boosts super-effective Pokemon moves, this can be helpful at the beginning of the game. The treasure is called the Expert Belt.
To solve the riddle you will have to visit the ancient stones in particular order starting with the grass standing stone. If you are on the path to the Turrfield gym, all you have to do is take the left path and you will reach this stone structure.

Using this route you will reach near the Pokemon Center, go past it and then take a left to reach the fire standing stone.
